OMNI Art Toys

 

  • All OMNI 10-inch art toys are limited-edition collectibles.

  • Because of this, all toy sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your figure arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or solution (subject to stock availability).

 

 

 

Apparel & Accessories

 

  • You may return or exchange apparel and accessories within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/labels still attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

 

 

 

International Orders

 

  • We do ship outside the U.S.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

  1. Email nio@loveofomni.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll confirm if the item is eligible and send you return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

     

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

 

 

 

Wrong or Damaged Items


If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, please email nio@loveofomni.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
