1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

 

OMNI 10” Art Toys

 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

 


Apparel & Accessories (Printful)

 

  • Apparel and accessories are made to order.

  • Production + fulfillment usually takes 1–3 business days, and then the order is shipped.

 


If we experience a high volume of orders or delays from our partners, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to:

 

  • United States

  • International destinations (select countries)

 


If you don’t see your country at checkout, email nio@loveofomni.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a custom shipment.

 


 

 

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

 

  • For OMNI 10” toys, orders generally ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar), depending on your location and selected rate.

  • For apparel and accessories, orders are shipped directly from our production partner (Printful) using their carrier network.

 


Available shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

 


 

 

4. Separate Shipments

 

Because products may ship from different locations:

 

  • Your OMNI toy and your apparel/accessories may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

  • You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment once it is available.

 

 


 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Any available free shipping or promotional rates will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

 

 


 

 

6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

 

For international orders:

 

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country once the shipment reaches your destination.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

 


Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

 


 

 

7. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


If you have not received tracking after a reasonable time, contact nio@loveofomni.com with your order number.

 


 

 

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

     

    1. Check with neighbors or building management, and

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

     

  • You can also email nio@loveofomni.com and we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements in all situations.

 

 


 

 

9. Address Errors

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at nio@loveofomni.com—if the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
