  • All OMNI art toys are limited-edition collectibles.

  • Because each piece is reserved specifically for you, orders for OMNI toys cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checking out.

 

 

 

Apparel & Accessories

 

  • Apparel and accessories may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment.

  • Once an apparel/accessory order has been sent to production or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead fall under our Return & Exchange Policy.

 

 

 

How to Request a Cancellation (Apparel/Accessories Only)

 

  • Email nio@loveofomni.com with your order number and subject line: “Cancellation Request”.

  • We’ll confirm whether your order is still eligible to be canceled based on its production/fulfillment status.
